Sony Imaging Edge Desktop – Camera Remote is not working

To all photographers: Sony Imaging Edge Desktop isn’t working after macOS Ventura update?

Here is the solution for this problem. Just follow each step and the program will work again.

1. 1. Deactivate WiFi and Network on your Mac
      1. 1. 1. Go to System Settings -> Network -> Click on the one the service that is “Connected”

          

         1. 1. Click on “Make Inactive”

          

      

 

1. 1. Restart your Mac

 

1. 1. Start “Sony Imaging Edge Desktop” and “Remote”

 

1. 1. Connect to your camera via USB cable

 

1. Go to System Settings -> Network -> Activate WiFi/Network again
